"I needed to purchase a new home computer and have all my important documents saved and transferred to the new one as well as hook up my existing external hard drive. FireLogic came to my rescue! I purchased a new system under his advice, was given the approximate price and time involved to switch out my old system and and he handled everything. He brought the system to my home, set it up and it is running smoothly! He even deleted all information from my old system to recycle it properly and took it away! All in a very professional manner,  THANK YOU FireLogic."

"When my laptop went dead, I contacted FireLogic to see if it was fixable or if it was time to buy the new computer. I had a hunch it was finished, but FireLogic walked me through the entire reasons why I was ready for a new computer. After listening to what I was looking for in a computer, Firelogic put together a list of what I was looking for and sought out a new computer for me. After assembling all of my items off my hard drive, then putting them into the new computer - I was even walked step by step through the brand new computer. The price was incredibly fair and I felt confident using the new computer. Even later when I still have questions, Firelogic will respond back to me quickly and help me - this is 4 years later! I've referred my boyfriend to use this company and he now has business cards at his office for residents to come take. Its been easy working with this company and it's a company I trust. "

"OK...so I am a medical transcriptionist and work from home. I was working along one Friday when a severe thunderstorm rolled through our area. Needless to say, I lost power. When our power came back on...my computer did not. ""This is not good,"" I say to myself. After I try all the usual manuvers to try and get my computer going, I am still dead in the water.

Guess who came to my rescue at 8 p.m.! Derrick. I called him and told him what the problem was. He came over, diagnosed the problem (which was a dead power supply), cleaned my CPU completely out ridding it of some serious dust bunnies, and was even able to give me the choice of a new power supply or a used power supply.

He put my computer back together and tested everything before even discussing payment. His main concern was making sure that I would be up and running for work on Monday. He even asked me to log into my work site to make sure that I would be able to do so on Monday.

Not only does Derrick know exactly, and I do mean exactly, what he is doing, but he is also extremely professional and is all too willing to explain in ""layman terms"" anything you ask him. I never felt rushed or technically beneath him like I have experienced with other I.T. people.

I am extremely proud to call him my ""I.T. guy"" and will be totally recommending him & his services to anyone that may be in need of support."

"Derrick from FireLogic was great. He helped me out with my laptop emergency and was able to fix it within a couple of days, no problem. He kept me informed during the whole process and helped me decide on the best solution for my laptop. I will make sure I come to FireLogic again for my computer problems. "A week before the due date of company provided training, my computer would not boot up. I had spent many hours working on this training and had no copy backed up. I thought I would not meet my deadline and was very concerned. Not knowing where to turn, I searched for a data recovery and computer repair company and found Derrick at FireLogic. Derrick promptly returned my phone call and was immediately able to begin work on my computer. Derrick was very friendly, listened to my concerns and took notes. Within an hour, he had recovered the file I needed for work. Two days later, I had my computer back fully functioning with all data recovered. I will refer Derrick to my family and friends for all their IT needs and will surely turn to him should I have any more computer emergencies."

"FireLogic has fast & friendly service with inexpensive prices. These are the main reasons why I would recommend FireLogic again. This time Derrick picked up the broken computer at my house and dropped it off the next (in a blizzard). The computer needed a DVD drive and memory chip upgrade. The entire repair was completed in about a day. I won't go anywhere else! Thank you FireLogic - now we can compute at home again!"

"My laptop went black and took a while to start-up. After contacting the place I carry a warranty with for my laptop and hearing the price to mask the problem; I contacted Derrick. Derrick was able to take my laptop that night and had it ready for me with in two days, the other place was going to take up to a week. Personally knowing Derrick, I have gone to him with many simple questions and getting wonderful knowledge in return. I would recommend FireLogic to a friend when needing urgent work to be done."
