At FireLogic, we pride ourselves on charging a flat rate for both business and residential customers. Our work is divided into 2 categories: onsite and offsite labor. Our rate structure is very simple in an effort to provide our customers with all of the information they need to make an informed decision before they select us as their computer repair provider.
Onsite Labor
$75 per hour
All work done at your location, whether it be a residence or office, falls under this rate. Special projects or other circumstances are calculated on a per-job basis when necessary, but as always, don't hesitate to contact us for an estimate first. | Offsite Labor $60 per hour This includes any work done on computer systems or other hardware at our office, work done on your behalf for items such as websites, and remote support over the internet for long-distance troubleshooting and repair. | Travel Rate $20 per hour All travel to your location is billable at this rate, whether it be via train or vehicle. This covers vehicle and insurance expenses, as well as highway tolls or train tickets incurred as a result of travel. All return travel time is considered complimentary. |
